The combination of using pigment inks with acid free paper creates a print that will remain light & colour fast for many years, or colour fading will happen at a much slower rate if

the print is placed in light conditions.

Print care

We would always recommend you treat your print as you would any fine art print and avoid placing it in direct sunlight.

We send our bespoke prints rolled in a tube and framed pictures in flat packaging. 

Please remove the print from the packaging carefully with clean hands taking care to hold the print firmly at the corners to avoid transferring any grease from your fingers.

The cotton paper we use is a heavyweight quality and may try and curl when you remove it.  The larger prints are more difficult to handle, so you may need a second person to help.

Prints only: If you are taking your print to a professional framer we recommend taking the un-opened print to the framers and allow the framer to open it so you can check the print together. 

Size: Select your preferred size from the drop down options at the top of the page. Some prints only have one size option. We have given two sizes for each print. The smaller size is

the size of the image and the larger size is the overall size of the whole print which includes the white space around the image where the mount will sit.

Colour: Some prints are only available in the colour shown. For prints with colour options available, select your preferred colour from the 50 colour swatches beneath the size options.

Each square has its own individual colour code which will appear above the swatch box when you click on a colour. 

It is difficult to represent colours exactly as they will appear different on all computer screens, tablets and phones. Please order a colour swatch if you are wanting to see an accurate

version of your chosen colour.

Frame: Once you have selected your design, size and colour option then move to the framing options and select your frame colour and size to fit your selected print. Chose from matt

black or white painted wood, oak veneer or black matt aluminium. The smaller prints under 800mm will be framed in a 20mm frame moulding and the larger frames have a 30mm

moulding. The aluminium frame has a thin 7mm profile around your picture.

Your framed picture will be mounted with a white mount which has a black core which creates a thin black line around the image.

Hanging cord or fittings are attached.

Glazing: Lightweight 2mm acrylic shatterproof glass. Has 92% light transmission and 66% inherent UV resistance protecting your print from light damage.

Swatches: We have produced a set of colour swatches which are printed onto the same archival paper as the prints and show a true representation of the colour you will receive. These

can be purchased separately and if you want to be sure your selected colour is exactly what you want, then we recommend ordering a swatch first before ordering your print.
