Please see the photos below which show the types of marks you can expect to see, marked with small red arrows. These are just examples. Seconds are individual, no two are alike. Many items we class as seconds have such tiny marks, they can appear to be perfect. The function of the product is not affected, they’re just not perfect. ‘Second’ mugs are unboxed. Some table mats & coasters are classed as ‘seconds’ but they are just the wrong colour.
